We are seeking a skilled Aerial work subcontractor. This is a long-term project in Multiple Midwestern states for candidates who are ready to start immediately.

The Role

  • Aerial utility work (fiber, coax, power, etc.)
  • Perform aerial fiber/coax installation, maintenance, and repairs
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and safety guidelines
  • Read and interpret job prints and maps
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers as needed
  • Coordinate with other crews and follow project timelines
  • Report completed and incomplete work daily with detailed notes.
  • Follow all guidelines and maintain documentation for compliance and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fully equipped with tools, bucket truck, and valid COI.
  • Complete set of aerial tools and equipment
  • Valid insurance
  • Experience with aerial construction (fiber/coax preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains, managing equipment, safety equipment and tools
  • Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (Background Check, Drug Screen)
